Looking for an ice-cold treat to cool off in the hot weather? Our white chocolate and cookie dough popsicles are perfect for when the heat wave hits. Keep some in the freezer for a sweet treat on a hot summer day! 😊

Ingredients
– A small canned fondue (215 g) White Chocolato
– ¼ cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– ½ cup of peanut butter (or any other nut butter of your choice!)
– ¼ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
– ¼ cup of sugar
– A 70 g bar of dark chocolate Chocolato
– 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt (2-5% fat)

Steps
– Prepare canned white chocolate according to package directions.
– Finely chop the dark chocolate bar. Set aside.
– Prepare the “cookie dough” mixture:
o Place peanut butter and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Soften for a few seconds (be careful not to overheat!).
o Add flour, vanilla extract and sugar.
o Set aside.
– Mix half* of the canned white chocolate with the Greek vanilla yogurt.
– Assemble the popsicles in the moulds provided for this purpose by placing the following ingredients in order:
o White chocolate mixture; tap the moulds against the counter to bring the air bubbles to the surface.
o Pieces of chocolate.
o Mixture of “cookie dough”.
o Pieces of chocolate.
o White chocolate mixture.
– Insert a wooden stick in the center of each popsicle.
– Let freeze for about 6 hours.

* Keep your fondue leftovers by emptying them into an airtight container that you can reheat in the microwave for next use.
